Clooper is a multisided property management platform that connects landlords, tenants, homeowners and tradespeople to facilitate transactions and build healthy relationships between them. Our goal is to make your lives easier.

We believe Clooper can be used by anyone. Most people fall into one or multiple of these groups landlords, tenants, homeowners or tradespeople.

You should be able to satisfy most of your property management requirements on Clooper. However, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our platform to make your life easier, that’s why we’ve placed a prominent suggestions button on your dashboard. If you spot something you would like us to add, please tell us.

A good way to increase your chances is to upload as many pictures or videos of the property as possible. Potential tenants are more attracted properties that have a higher number and quality of pictures and/or videos.

Clooper for Tenants

Clooper not only makes it easy but we also empower tenants to fasttrack the maintenance process, by getting quotations from local trade service providers directly for landlord approval. It’s not just a rental property, it’s your home and Clooper empowers you with the resources to find and maintain it.

Also, you can find properties and manage the entire rental process through Clooper, giving you transparency of each stage of the process.

Holding deposits are normally required to reserve properties and in most cases, you should get it back if the landlord decides not to rent the property to you. However, you should only pay a holding deposit if you are serious about renting the property. The landlord might keep it if you decide not to proceed.

Most landlords require a security deposit that should also be protected by a recognised government scheme, which is refundable after the contract is ended.

You can either have a virtual viewing by looking at photos and videos provided by the landlord or you can request a viewing. Clooper provides you with the ability to manage the viewing process.

Landlords may ask you for a guarantor if they are not confident about your ability to pay rent on time.

You will be able to promote your services, send quotations, manage appointments, build reviews and recommendations by landlords, homeowners and tenants; and get paid in one single, easy to use platform.

Quality and traction is very important to us. Thus, the more business you do on Clooper and the higher your reviews, the better your chances at securing new business.

Although this should be the exception, we understand there may be times things may not go according to plan with a customer; and because we are a relationship building platform, we encourage you to work very hard to resolve any issues amicably. We recommend that you clearly state the terms of your work in your job proposal on Clooper to avoid such a situation.
